The key words for the new logo for Radzom Counseling were: fresh, inviting, and unique. The owner wanted the logo to not only appeal to a younger demographic but also to reflect the shift in the industry toward a combination of in-person and telehealth services, and to stand apart from local competition.
I explored different iterations of the ubiquitous chat bubble until I was able to marry it with the welcoming seat of a trusted, caring clinician and landed on a logo the business is happy to be represented by.
BRAND GUIDE
Reinforcing a brand post-launch is crucial to long-term success but some small businesses don’t have the capacity to apply a robust brand guide in their day-to-day operations. A streamlined guide gives key players a quick reference that outlines basic brand elements and eliminates hesitation in how to apply them.

WEBSITE
The goal for the new practice’s new site was clear - help prospective clients feel welcome and comfortable engaging with providers and services. The owner wanted a modern, clean look that was friendly but professional and set them apart from its more clinical-looking sites of competitors. We spent time planning how and why clients would interact with the site and made design decisions based on the types of inquiries being fielded regularly by office staff.
